MONDAY

7:15-8:10am

Pilates builds strength while increasing mobility and balance. This class is a fun way to stay home and work the core muscles of the body at your own level. Most exercises are done on the floor, so most ability levels can practice at their own pace. Bonus, keep the camera on so I can give cues if you work out of alignment. ONLINE ONLY.

6:45-7:50pm

Beginners thru to experienced will be able to work at their own level as they move slowly through various yoga poses. Increased muscular strength, mobility of joints, improved balance and better sleep are some of the benefits of taking a Vinyasa style class.

A wonderful way to reset body and mind with this weekly class. Deeply relax body and mind to release stress and learn how to relax. Ends with a small meditation.
