WHY YOGA in the WORKPLACE?
Yoga's benefits or endless and so are the reasons to offer this wonderful treat to your employees while reaping the benefits of a healthier, happier employee. For an employee that feels better works better. 

Desk/Chair Yoga

Designed to be done in a chair, this class focuses on releasing strain and pain from the neck, back and shoulders down to the fingers. Gentle joint mobility movements and stretches all performed at the desk/chair. This is a 30-45 minute class.

Meditation and Breathing 

Learning different ways to relax the body and mind through breathing exercises and concentration techniques. This is a 30-45 minute class.

Levels Gentle - Power Yoga 

Guiding a class that matches the level of the employees. From a slow moving gentle class to a challenging flow of a power class, you will receive exactly what you need.

Vinyasa Flow

A physically active class that links poses to stretch, strengthen and build stability in the body while learning to concentrate, a practice in peace of mind. This is a 30-55 minute class.

Guided Relaxation

Preferably done lying down, this can also be done seated in a chair. Guided relaxation is a great practice like meditation in clearing the mind and relaxing the body. One hour of deep relaxation(yoga nidra) is equal to fours hours sleep. Leave feeling more alert and relaxed. This is a 30-55 minute class.

Restorative Yoga

This class allows employees the time to relax in each gentle pose or stretch. This is a 30-55 minute class.
